Operations Specialist Vietnamese Speaking (PHILIPPINES Hybrid)
We are looking for a Vietnamese-speaking Operations Specialist who will be responsible for conducting accurate and timely verification of candidate information with various institutions and entities, ensuring all activities are completed within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). This includes initiating checks, performing follow-ups, verifying submitted documents, updating the system, and communicating professionally with points of contact (POCs).
What we're looking for:
- Must be fluent in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written). This is a key requirement.
- Must be currently residing within Metro Manila or nearby areas and must be residing in the Philippines.
- At least 1 year of experience in a corporate environment (BPO experience preferred).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, web browsers).
- Amenable to work and night shift or shifting schedules.
- Experience with inbound calls is recommended but not required.
This is what you’ll do:
- Initiate background checks in the GCM pool within 24–48 hours from check order date.
- Conduct verification of candidate information with accuracy and integrity—via email, phone calls, forms, or official channels.
- Ensure all verification attempts are completed correctly and documented fully.
- Upload all required documentation associated with the verification process.
- Complete verification requirements, close off checks, and update the system in a timely manner.
- Raise insufficiencies or missing information as soon as they are identified.
- Perform candidate chasing attempts professionally to obtain required documents and complete the Candidate Data Entry process.
- Maintain respectful and professional communication with HR, supervisors, schools, and professional POCs.
- Handle confidential information with utmost care and discretion.
- Update contact cards and system notes based on information gathered during the verification process.

Please note that a valid NBI clearance is required for this role. Candidates who have their NBI Clearance ready and available will have a better chance of being onboarding early, so it’s important to ensure that it is ready as soon as possible to avoid any delays in the hiring process.
