Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of experience in designing, developing Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, deliver scalable solutions, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for design and development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, VF Page and Aura.
  • Take responsibility of the end-to-end development process, to ensure that you deliver quality solutions that comply not only with business requirements but also follows salesforce security and performance best practices.
  • Architect scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Implement advanced automation using Flows and Process Builder.
  • Perform complex integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Guide code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects.
  • Provide technical mentorship to development team.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, able to blend technology vision and business strategy to align technology with business objectives.
Required Skills:

  • Salesforce Security, Sharing Model, and Performance Optimization
  • Good Knowledge related to REST & SOAP APIs Projects

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or MSC in CS
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II preferred
  • 6+ years Salesforce development experience
Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects
