We are seeking a Commercial Marketing Lead, in Mexico or Brazil (Supporting LATAM). This is a remote role but individual needs to be authorized and living in Mexico or Brazil.

What You’ll Do:
The Commercial Marketing role is managed by the LATAM commercial teams and works in partnership with corporate marketing to execute on their industry specific marketing strategies. Reporting into the SVP & Head of LATAM, this role is important to managing brand awareness, demand generation, content creation, sales and client support, and client retention/upsell for the vertical they support within the LATAM commercial team.
This is a 100% remote role but individual needs to be authorized and living in Mexico or Brazil.

What You’ll Do:
The Commercial Marketing role is managed by the LATAM commercial teams and works in partnership with corporate marketing to execute on their industry specific marketing strategies. Responsibilities:
The primary focus for the role includes, but it is not limited to, the following topics:
- Demand Generation: Create and execute comprehensive marketing tactics aligned to LATAM business priorities to generate leads, pipeline and revenue.
- Digital marketing/social media campaign planning and execution.
- Brand and communications: Position First Advantage as a premier background provider in the region. Manage marketing campaigns aligned to HQ global strategy. Ensure clear and effective communications to prospects, customers and partners in LATAM.
- Product marketing
- Content strategy & events
- Marketing analytics, performance tracking and reporting: Work closely with sales teams on leads generated by marketing. Ensure we track and report the results and performance of all marketing investments.
Position Requirements:
- Experience: Min. of 3 years of experience in marketing B2B or related areas in the HR Tech industry (Preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Location: Anywhere in Mexico or Brazil (Virtual).
- Skills: Fluent communication in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Collaborative, able to work in a cross-functional environment. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Attentive to details in managing projects and meeting deadlines.
- Other qualifications: Proactive, creative, problem solving, data analytics, ownership, adaptability and time management.
- Technology: Salesforce, Demandbase, SalesLoft and Similar (desired)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced in Business Services, background check, and security.
- Strong ability to create impactful presentations
- Strong demand generation focus and experience with variety of marketing agencies and vendors for lead generation services and programs.
- Analytical skills able to interpret data to get insights and take decisions.
- Content creation and adaptation
