About Role:
The Technical Business Analyst / Technical Product Manager, an IC role will support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our suite of applications. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and is eager to grow within product management. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineering, QA and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements, ensure quality, and contribute to the overall product strategy.

You will partner with Product Managers, Engineering, QA and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements, ensure quality, and contribute to the overall product strategy.
What you will be doing :
- Gather, analyze, and document business system requirements ensuring all user stories and acceptance criteria are clear, complete, and testable to both product and engineering.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams by gathering feedback, managing expectations and clearly communicating updates, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
- Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing by helping define test scenarios, validating outcomes against requirements, and ensuring defects are properly tracked and resolved.
- Track product performance metrics by retrieving data, creating reports and analyzing the output to ensure we are meeting or exceeding targets established for the project.
- Maintain and update comprehensive product documentation, including requirements, process flows, system interactions, and release notes, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and aligns with the current system functionality and business processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
- Strong technical skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with, as well as motivate, the development team
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and balancing competing priorities
- Fluent English speaker
- Customer focused and have a passion for user experience and working with people
- Understands both the technical and business sides of the product and is ultimately responsible for representing the end user’s needs
- Highly analytical with strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and is comfortable presenting to leadership and key clients
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, relationship building skills
