About The Role:
The Clinical Services Representative performs administrative tasks to obtain medical services results for our Drug and Occupational Health programs. This role processes the initial entry and maintenance of various medical services results for processing including, but not limited to, clearing issues related to exceptions, working with engineering to identify system enhancements, and posting results for customers. All medical documents must be managed in a timely manner and according to our customer’s SLA. This is an external client facing position working with assigned clients as well as responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with multiple internal clients. Strong professional communication and office skills to support company goals and priorities are all key components of this role.

This is a 100% remote opportunity based in the U.S.

This Is What You’ll Do:
  • Manages inquiries raised by client-facing teams for client queries (Move results, release results, follow-up amended results, clinic/vendor escalations).
  • Responsible for managing requests that come into the dedicated mailbox.
  • Releasing results that are stuck in Review Required queue due to missing information.
  • Releasing results that are stuck in Failures queue due to failed attempts to post.
  • Responsible for releasing results that are stuck/placed in Unknowns status due to awaiting updates.

This Is What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in related field or 2 years relevant work experience 
  • Have a minimum of 1-year Client Service/Support experience required; Preferred: a minimum of 1-year prior Drug Screening Administration experience
  • Preferred: Know the US Department of Transportation Drug & Alcohol Regulations 
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Searches, Database Lookups)
  • Ability to meet daily metrics with a high degree of accuracy 
  • Adaptable/flexible; able to manage competing demands and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, accept and handle regular interruptions, and manage/meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently to follow directions as established by company or customer 
  • Energetic, self-motivated, results driven and highly detail-oriented 
  • A team player able to work collaboratively with a wide variety of people in local and remote locations

The salary range for this position is approximately $15.75 an hour. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
