The GTM Training Specialist will lead the design, development, and execution of go-to-market (GTM) training programs with a core focus on product enablement. This role is pivotal in equipping sales, customer success, and cross-functional GTM teams with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively position and deliver First Advantage’s product offerings. The strategist will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Enablement, and Learning & Development teams to ensure training aligns with strategic priorities and market readiness.
- Design modular training programs that cover product positioning, competitive differentiation, and solution selling.
- Lead the creation and curation of product-focused enablement materials including pitch decks, product briefs, and objection-handling guides.
- Guide developed trainings through the required review, approval and sign-off processes.
- Partner effectively with Learning & Development
- Become a subject matter expert of First Advantage products
- Deliver training sessions (live and asynchronous) tied to monthly and quarterly product releases.
- Maintain a feedback loop with field teams to continuously refine product messaging and training effectiveness.
- Support the development of knowledge assessments (e.g., quizzes, certifications) to baseline and track GTM team readiness.
- Use feedback and performance data to iterate on training content and delivery formats.
- Deep understanding of B2B GTM motions; understanding of product lifecycle is a plus.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs for sales and customer success teams.
- Technologically proficient, easily able to understand and pick-up new technologies and translate that knowledge to GTM teams
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and asynchronous learning tools.
- Experience with AI-powered training tools or adaptive learning platforms.
- Ability to synthesize complex product information into digestible learning formats.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Strategy & Execution

- Partner with Product and Product Marketing to translate technical features into compelling value propositions.- Become a subject matter expert of First Advantage products
- Deliver training sessions (live and asynchronous) tied to monthly and quarterly product releases.
- Maintain a feedback loop with field teams to continuously refine product messaging and training effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Enablement and Sales Ops to ensure training is embedded into GTM onboarding, ongoing learning, and performance initiatives.- Support the development of knowledge assessments (e.g., quizzes, certifications) to baseline and track GTM team readiness.
Measurement & Optimization
- Monitor completion metrics and key performance indicators to ensure training is adopted and that the desired outcomes are achieved.- Use feedback and performance data to iterate on training content and delivery formats.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in GTM enablement, product marketing, or training roles.- Deep understanding of B2B GTM motions; understanding of product lifecycle is a plus.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs for sales and customer success teams.
- Technologically proficient, easily able to understand and pick-up new technologies and translate that knowledge to GTM teams
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Instructional design certification or equivalent experience.- Experience with AI-powered training tools or adaptive learning platforms.
