🌟 What You'll Do
  • Conducting new hire and upskilling training on product and system processes 
  • Periodically updating training materials and content that is fit for the purpose and creates maximum leaner engagement
  • Delivering refresher sessions based on Areas of Improvement highlighted by Operations teams 
  • Update and Manage training reports ensuring 100% data accuracy and integrity
  • Supporting organizational objectives by meeting the expected training output and controlling attrition while focusing on high pass rates

  • Ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery approach for all participants trained
  • Keep the employees updated on new process updates and conduct refresher training on the same if necessary 
  • Organize, Plan and Implement monthly cyclic activities including refresher training and monitoring. 
  • Awareness sessions on company policies if necessary 
  • Handle people-related and product-related escalations for all participants in training. 
  • Plan and run campaigns to drive awareness and improvements in Compliance and Process areas (especially during New Hire Training)
  • Demonstrate the ability to execute training tasks and assignments on short notice
  • Plan and enhance training workshops and projects, while actively engaging in self-development 
  • Develop cross-functional skills across processes and provide support for team training needs as required.
     
🎯 What We're Looking For
 
  • Must have minimum of 3+ years’ experience with Global Operations
  • Strong knowledge of Global Operations processes (Canada Data SD or US Verifications SD)
  • Excellent Communication Skills 
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Should be collaborative in approach and excellent in planning and organizing schedules
  • Strong ownership & accountability is a must
