What You'll Do
As am Associate Product Owner you will work closely with leaders across FA and receive on-the-job training to take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of a portfolio of products. A successful Associate Product Owner will collaborate with others to help facilitate and plan all aspects of product management, including driving the activities of teams responsible for building, integrating, or enhancing new or existing products aligned with the product roadmap using Agile methodology. They will coordinate and initiate appropriate actions with the right SWAT POD, including QA, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Developers. The Associate Product Owner will focus on maximizing product reusability and repeatability, while driving revenue growth to enable strategic client acquisitions, retention, improved customer experience, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product leadership to plan and coordinate the execution and delivery of the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with commercialization product owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, breaking them down into epics, themes, features, and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded, working with leadership to adjust the product roadmap as needed.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic locations to ensure the product roadmap aligns with stakeholder needs.
What You May Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (technical or analytical field is a plus).
- 1+ years of experience in product management or related fields, with familiarity in product and software development tools, techniques, and Agile methodologies.
- A strong commitment to user-centered design and development.
- Excellent listening and question-based knowledge-gathering skills.
- Ability to synthesize and analyze data from diverse sources, identify issues, draw conclusions, and create solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, both formal and informal.
- A great team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, but also able to work independently when needed.
- Inquisitive mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in the identity verification and fraud space is a plus.

The salary range for this position is approximately $70K- 80K base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
