This Analyst role involves managing service level Agreement (SLA) analysis, Renewal processes, and Financial planning and Analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent email writing and communication skills, as he/she will be responsible for coordinating with the Sales team and Client Success partners regarding RFP requests, SLA Renewals and SLA performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities will include :

SLA Analysis & management

  1. Analyze Service Level Agreement (SLAs) to track and ensure compliance with contractual commitments
  2. Work closely with Sales and Client Success partners to facilitate SLA renewals and amendments
  3. Provide data-driven insights to assess the financial impact of SLA terms and suggest improvements

RFP Requests & Documentation:

  1. Collaborate with internal teams to review and respond to Request for proposals (RFPs) related to SLAs.
  2. Ensure accuracy and alignment of financial and operational metrics in proposals.
  3. Maintain a repository of SLA-related documents and track changes for future.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  1. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis related to SLAs and revenue streams
  2. Generate reports on SLA performance, penalties, and financial impacts on business operations
  3. Communication & Stakeholder collaboration:
  4. Draft clear and professional emails to communicate SLA updates, renewal requirements, and RFP responses.
  5. Liaise with Sales and Client Success teams to ensure a smooth flow of SLA related information.
  6. Act as a bridge between Finance, Sales, and Client Success team to align SLA terms with business goals.

Experience and skills required:

  1. 1-3 yrs of experience in data analysis or a similar role
  2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
  3. Excellent email writing and communication skills with experience in stakeholder management
  4. Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Work Location : Bangalore
Shift timing : Flexible to accomodate Global business needs
