We’re seeking a senior team member ready to embrace a bigger challenge as a proactive and supportive Trainer who will play a key role in guiding and inspiring our team. This role blends hands-on team leadership and training responsibilities, helping to ensure consistent, high-quality service and ongoing staff development.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training for new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and a strong understanding of systems, processes, and customer service expectations.
  • Provide ongoing training to existing staff, including upskilling and support around new products, services, procedures, or compliance updates.
  • Develop and maintain clear, accurate, and engaging training materials, updating them regularly to reflect changes in processes or regulations.
  • Support the wider team by answering day-to-day questions and providing guidance on procedures, systems, and customer interactions.
  • Assist with customer support and verification tasks as needed to maintain service levels and lead by example.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and performance trends, and suggest improvements.
  • Be a reliable point of contact for team support and escalation, helping to maintain a positive and high-performing team environment.
  • Provide support to the team manager as required to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly and adapt to different learning styles.
  • Confident in creating and delivering training, both in-person and remotely.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A team player with a hands-on approach and a willingness to support others.
  • Comfortable using platforms and tools, with a good understanding of process and services.
  • Strong problem solving skills
Working Environment:
  • Monday – Friday work
  • Hybrid (Adelaide Office)
