Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Sales Executive to drive growth across our mid-market customer base. This individual contributor role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within US existing accounts. The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling skills with a strong understanding of customer success levers, while leveraging modern tools — including AI-enabled sales practices — to optimize engagement and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a defined portfolio of mid-market accounts, focusing on revenue expansion through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Management to identify client needs and develop tailored growth strategies.
  • Use a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach to align offerings with customer goals and objectives.
  • Consistently generate pipeline within existing accounts, leading to successful close of new opportunities.
  • Apply AI-driven insights and tools (e.g., predictive analytics, conversational AI, or automated prospecting) to enhance efficiency, personalize client engagement, and improve win rates.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain detailed CRM (Salesforce) updates to ensure account visibility and pipeline health.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs to act as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5+ years of experience in B2B account expansion, upsell, cross-sell, or new business sales, ideally in SaaS, technology, or business services.
  • Demonstrated success selling into mid-market organizations (500–5,000 employees).
  • Proven ability to drive growth within existing accounts through consultative selling.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in the sales process (e.g., AI-assisted outreach, pipeline scoring, conversational intelligence, generative AI).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-starter who thrives in an individual contributor role within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
