Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity and GRC program delivery. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across enterprise environments, with specific expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), GRC, endpoint security, penetration testing, SOC operations and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive planning and execution of enterprise cybersecurity programs including IGA, SOC monitoring, Managed Detection and Response (MDR), endpoint protection, penetration testing, incident tracking and GRC initiatives.
- Translate evolving cybersecurity and compliance requirements into actionable project roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans.
- Partner with IT, security engineering, product management, SOC operations, GRC, and risk teams to ensure alignment of security projects with business priorities and compliance mandates.
- Build and manage program governance structures to track milestones, KPIs, and risk mitigation activities.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and program accountability.
- Apply structured change management approaches to increase stakeholder adoption and reduce support overhead.
- Implement process improvements that enhance the consistency, scalability, and audit-readiness of security programs.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO, NIST), and documentation standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in project and program management with a focus on cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives in areas such as IGA, endpoint security, vulnerability management, pentesting, and compliance.
- Strong command of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, AzureDevOps, MS Project, Power BI, and other program reporting and collaboration tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to align business, technical, and compliance teams.
- Experience delivering programs within regulated or security-conscious environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, or similar industry certification.
- Experience managing cybersecurity portfolios across large global enterprises or startups scaling security capabilities.
- Familiarity with tools and processes for access management, SIEM, logging/monitoring, endpoint protection platforms, and third-party risk platforms.

The salary range for this position is approximately $150,000-170,000 base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
