We are seeking a Payroll Assistant who will report into the Senior Director, International Finance and will join the team responsible for processing the monthly payroll, for EMEA. The individual will also have wider responsibilities including payroll validation prior to payroll approval for payout, Pension payment for UK pension and pension reconciliation, resolving payroll queries, assistance with credit control and other areas of finance as required.

What You'll Do 
Responsibilities:
  • Collating of data for payroll processing for EMEA region.
  • Validating collated data with Workday as well as post payroll processing.
  • Working with 3rd party payroll providers for payroll processing
  • Ensuring timely payment of payroll to employees and payroll taxes and social security to government.
  • Tracking Leave and Absence including leave balances.
  • Preparing maternity/paternity schedules for payroll processing.
  • Attending and responding to payroll queries of employees
  • Responsible for pension payments and pension reconciliation
  • Handle HMRC work related to payroll
  • Support HR in preparing VC plans
  • Ensuring ESPP/RSU processing through payroll
  • Ensuring timely completion of year end payroll processes like filing of ERS, P11D, P60, etc. by 3rd party payroll providers.
  • Support finance in validating personnel cost data during budget/forecasting
  • Support with GL Accounting


What You May Need to be Successful:
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in payroll.
  • Experience of UK payroll processes would be an added advantage.
  • Experience of working with 3rd party payroll providers would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in GL Accounting would be an added advantage.
  • Should have excellent time management skills.
  • Should be good with Microsoft Excel.
  • Should have eye to detail, attention to detail.
  • Excellent with numerical and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Aptitude for Solving Issues
  • Ability to multi-task and have strong organizational abilities.
