The Operations Specialist is responsible for conducting accurate individual verification of the details provided by the candidate with the respective source (entities or institutions) in a timely manner within the agreed Service Level Agreement. The Operations Associate is responsible for updating the system on the status of the verifications conducted, including uploading the necessary documents related to the verification activity. The Operations Associate will also do all the necessary candidate chasing attempts to obtain necessary information/documents/requirements within client SLA and complete check verification.

This is what we’re looking for:

  • Must be residing within Metro Manila or nearby areas like Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, some parts of Batangas.
  • Candidate must at least have spent 1 year in college with BPO experience.
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Requires excellent command on the English language and can handle conversational interviews.
  • Proficiency on basic computer applications, e.g. Microsoft office and Web browsers
  • Must be amenable to work remotely in the Night Shift and/or shifting schedules.
  • Experience doing Inbound calls/transactions is recommended (but not required).

This is what you’ll do:

  • Initiate checks in the GCM pool within 24-48 HRS from check order date
  • Complete verification requirements, close off checks and update/follow-up check on a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with the Human Resource/Supervisor and Education/Professional POCs coordinating in most respectful and professional manner
  • Update verification checks with outmost integrity ensuring all details are true and factual as per records or supervisor comments
  • Handle confidential information with outmost care, knowing what is for verification disclosure and not • Chase candidate diligently and professionally on the needed requirements to complete check verification, as well as completion of Candidate Data Entry process for newly ordered cases in the system
  • Update contact cards of any information gathered while or before doing the verification
Additional Requirements:
Please note that a valid NBI clearance is required for this role. Candidates who have their NBI Clearance ready and available will have a better chance of being onboarding early, so it’s important to ensure that it is ready as soon as possible to avoid any delays in the hiring process.
