Internal Job Opening: Senior Governance Specialist (Philippine-based)

Alabang, Philippines - Full Time

The role of the Senior Governance Specialist is to ensure the International Governance team provides excellent services to our customers and promote that idea through the International Governance organization. The position works closely with First Advantage Operations, Client Management, and local teams to address client and program concerns and to improve the client and candidate experience through improved visibility to operations leadership, effective operations execution and improvements in key performance indicator such as turnaround time, quality, unable to verify rates and efficiencies.
 
Responsibilities                                                                                                                                                                                                            

Act as a support personnel to the team POCs in relation to all aspects of global vendor management.
Work closely with other members of the team to identify opportunities for proactive and strategic solutions to vendor performance management.
Contribute to the identification of problems and analyze data that will drive performance improvements. 
Analyze performance trends against ‘Service Level Agreements’ and operational goals.
Update/maintain Operational systems and documentation to ensure change controls are in place.
Provide insights and monitor process updates in expanding global knowledge with First Advantage teams or clients.
 Job Qualifications                                                                                                                                                                           
Education: 
•            Bachelor’s degree in business management or any equivalent courses.
Experience:
•            3-5 years of industry experience or equivalent.
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: 
•            Strong writing and verbal communication skills
•            Strong written and verbal English language skills.
•            Ability to think strategically and to lead
•            ‘Customer First’ mindset
•            Proficient in MS Office
•            Strong analytical skills
•            Attention to detail
•            Experience in reporting on key metrics
•            Strong decision-making skills
•            Adaptable/flexible; able to manage competing demands and changing priorities in a fast-                 paced environment, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, accept and handle regular                     interruptions, and manage/meet tight deadlines.
