What You'll Do 
As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of our products. You will be integral in developing a new product from the ground up, working within a dynamic, newly formed Scrum team dedicated to a greenfield project. This role combines deep technical expertise with a keen understanding of product development and agile methodologies.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Team to design and develop new software applications.
  • Create robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet documented business and system requirements.
  • Take ownership of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high standards of quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and input during the planning phases, including effort estimation and feasibility analysis.
  • Engage actively in Agile practices, contributing to the Scrum or Kanban processes as part of the development team.
  • Mentor and support other engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Design applications that are stable, scalable, and performant.
  • Address and resolve complex programming challenges through innovative thinking and sound engineering practices.
What you’ll need to be successful:
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software development, with a strong background in .NET platform environments.
  • Expertise in Typescript/JavaScript, Node.js, SQL Server
  • Proficient with Jenkins, Git, and Azure Cloud Services.
  • Experience with frontend and backend development.
  • Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and RESTful API integration.
  • Familiarity with XML, JSON, SOAP Web Services, and OAuth.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB is preferred.
  • Experience with unit testing, Test driven Development (TDD), and Behavior driven Development (BDD)
  • Experience with Mule ESB, SonarQube, and additional programming languages like C# and Java is advantageous.

This is a fully remote position (Work from Home) based in Mexico.
