Enablement Specialist
Location: Philippines | Department: Revenue Operations
Are you passionate about empowering teams to perform at their best? Join us as an Enablement Specialist and play a key role in driving readiness, performance, and alignment across our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
As part of our Revenue Operations organization, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to deliver impactful enablement programs that make a real difference.

What You’ll Do
- Boost Field Readiness: Coordinate training sessions, manage logistics, and track feedback to ensure our teams are always prepared.
- Create Engaging Content: Develop playbooks, battle cards, and product cheat sheets that help our teams win.
- Drive Strategic Projects: Support cross-functional initiatives like system rollouts and process improvements.
- Champion Tools & Tech: Help roll out and drive adoption of platforms like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and SalesNavigator.
- Measure Impact: Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to improve enablement effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years in enablement, sales operations, or GTM support roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience managing content libraries and coordinating projects.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and enablement platforms.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
- Amenable to work at night ( 9 PM - 6 AM)
Bonus Points:
- SaaS or tech-enabled services experience.
- Skilled in project management tools (SmartSheets, SharePoint) and collaboration platforms.
