What You'll Do 
The Information Security Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the FA’s information security program. The successful candidate will have experience with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and handling tickets relating to information security and be able to collaborate with other teams to ensure the security of our systems, applications and data

Responsibilities:

Need to monitor the BOT’s drive space and cleanup related activities on the servers
Generating necessary reports from MYSQL DB and needs to monitor installed software behaviors
Need to understand the process and needs to support the process
Need to Start and stop the BOTS ,services based on the business requirements
Need to have excellent client facing skills and Curious and willing to learn new technologies
Need to Create JIRA ticket to respective team for based on BOT’s or server needs.
Flexibility to work in any time zone as required for fulfilling the job requirements
Needs to communicate with respective developers for L2 support
Monitor the successful execution of The BOT based on the DB report.
Need to be able to quickly identify the issues and suggest a suitable workaround or solution to fix the problem, provide escalation point for the effective removal of blockers and escalation at all levels

What You May Need to be Successful:
  • B.sc, MCA / M.Sc Computer science PG or Engineering degree or equivalent academia 
  • Have 1-2 years support experience with Business knowledge
  • Windows OS, MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Outlook and others. “Basic VBA exposure will be added value”
