We are seeking a Lead - IT Risk compliance and Info security.

What You'll Do 

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, maintain, and update the Information Security Program.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines related to information security
Conduct periodic risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities, threats, and risks.
Develop and implement Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
Manage and prioritize Jira tickets related to information security and ensure timely resolution
Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the security of our systems, applications, and data
Provide guidance and support to the organization on information security-related matters
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in information security and recommend improvements to the Information Security Program
as necessary
What You May Need to be Successful:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • Minimum 7-8 years (s) of experience in hands-on experience in managing information security
  • Experience with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Jira tickets.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
  • Experience with vulnerability management, risk assessments, and audits.
  • Experience with incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Strong understanding of network and system architecture.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC) are a plus
  • Standard physical requirements related to office work
