Position Description Summary 
The Operations Analyst will be responsible to comprehend and analyze the requests from upstream teams and use logical understanding and decide how to successfully set up the account accurately on time. Also ensure the timely achievement of production targets assigned for self, identifying insufficiencies/clarifications within the agreed time, and meeting established TAT’s with 100% accuracy and quality.    

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Should be able to comprehend the requests and analyze the requests from upstream teams and use logical understanding and decide how to successfully set up the account accurately on time.
  • Should have knowledge of excel & other applications to perform the job roles.
  • Handle telephone calls/email/chat (inbound/outbound) in a professional manner.
  • Adhere to the organizational ethics, values & policies.
  • Adapt to changes in work environment as per business requirements (Shifts/Processes/Week-offs/Upskilling)
  • To work with the team to achieve common goals and targets
  • Maintain all productions documents which registers setup and quality details.
  • Should be able to go beyond the job roles to support the business.
  • To ensure the timely achievement of production targets assigned/ 100% accuracy of cases
  • To adhere to the documented process and quality parameters and follow SLA guidelines.
  • Adhere to Quality Management System of the organization
