What You'll Do 
As a Sales Representative (Outbound) supporting Infinite ID, your role entails engaging with prospective biometrics and fingerprinting clients across diverse industries, targeting decision-makers at the executive level. You'll contribute to the processing of a substantial volume of contracts while conducting 50-75 outbound calls daily, with a focus on appointment setting with potential leads.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Initiating sales efforts for Livescan systems and services, targeting small, and mid-size, government agencies, and corporate clients, both new and existing
  • Conducting B2B outbound sales activities, employing various communication techniques to generate leads and follow up on them via telephone
  • Exceeding assigned sales quotas and achieving customer experience scorecard metrics
  • Managing customer relationships through lead generation, pipeline management, and effective communication
  • Advising business customers on suitable solutions, seeking referrals for potential prospects, and closing web-generated leads
  • Collaborating with existing partnerships to refer complex opportunities to the outside sales team
  • Promptly addressing customer concerns and striving for first-call resolution or appropriate escalation
  • Maintaining an up-to-date prospect database and opportunity funnel, ensuring timely order fulfillment
  • Handling multiple tasks simultaneously, including customer interactions and utilizing various software applications
  • Demonstrating sound decision-making skills when utilizing sales strategies and processes
  • Embracing company operating principles and prioritizing customer satisfaction
  • Contributing to a positive team environment, fostering collaboration, and embracing new ideas
  • Acting with integrity and considering the best interests of colleagues, customers, investors, and communities.
Note: this is a US-based remote work position.

What You May Need to be Successful:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in high-ticket SaaS sector
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

This position has a starting base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 range based on experience. This position will also include a commission structure based on performance to target goals in the compensation package.
