People & Culture Specialist - Philippine-based

The role of the People & Culture Specialist is responsible for supporting the local HR team in timekeeping processing and administration of government-mandated and company-initiated benefits. The person will act as the main POC for responsibilities related to Admin and Facilities management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Process, monitor and maintain documentation for all government-mandated benefits under SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, and BIR.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for queries and coordination between the employees and the government agencies.
  • Facilitate administrative on-boarding processes for new joiners that may include, but not limited to enrollment to various HR systems, preparation of employee files and update of employment details under specific government agencies.
  • Facilitate, monitor and update benefits changes for new joiners and separate employees.
  • Prepare and submit accurate timekeeping reports within the prescribed deadline for every cut-off.
  • Update, monitor, report leave credits and utilization.
  • In charge of mobility and visitor relationship management; coordinate office visit requests from local employee and regional/global employees
  • Responsible for supplies and facility management, vendor management, driver schedule and other building administrative requirements
  • Partners with City Officers to ensure compliance with requirements of different government sectors
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: 
•            Preferably a graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other related courses and discipline.
Experience:
•            Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in handling benefits administration and timekeeping processing.
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: 
•            Strong writing and verbal communication skills
•            ‘Customer First’ mindset
•            Proficiency in MS Office
•            Strong analytical skills
•            Attention to detail
•            Adaptable/flexible; able to manage competing demands and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, accept and handle regular interruptions, and manage/meet tight deadlines.
•            Result driven
•            Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
•            Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
•            Completes work on time while maintaining accuracy and quality of output.
•            Process oriented and has attention to details.
•            A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
•            Ability to work in a fast-paced driven environment and deliver across a broad range of competing priorities
•            Familiar with basic employment regulations.
•            Permanently residing in the Philippines
