Job Title: Order Creation Specialist (Full time)

Job Overview:
This position is responsible for receiving, examining, and preparing background check orders. This role also requires communicating with customers regarding missing information.

Roles and Responsibility:
  • Initiate background and identity checks
  • Scrutinize and analyze incoming files for completion and inconsistencies
  • Notify clients/candidates regarding incomplete or incorrect information
  • Disseminate information to respective departments
  • Answer questions/inquiries from customers and internal teams
  • Initiate file closure procedures
  • College graduate of any course, no experience required
  • Undergraduates must complete at least 2 years in college, with at least 1 year BPO experience
  • Business management, behavioral science, and office administration courses a plus


Skills/Knowledge:

  • English Communication Skills (Written and Oral)
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel)
  • Organizational and Analytical Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Typing Speed and Accuracy
  • Time Management Skills
