What You'll Do:
The Principal, Threat Intelligence & Hunting will lead our global technical strategy for Threat Intelligence and Proactive Threat Hunting. This role will be accountable for ensuring the organization is prepared for, and resilient against, evolving cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the technical leader for the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and Threat Hunting functions, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with the organization’s security goals and commitment to safeguarding our customers.
- Mentor a global high-performing team across the focus areas of Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting.
- Integrate Threat Intelligence into Security Operations, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Threat Hunting, and Executive Risk Reporting to improve effectiveness of the overall Security Program and drive risk prioritization.
- Design, lead, and execute hypothesis-driven hunt campaigns that leverage threat intelligence, attacker TTPs, and internal telemetry to uncover emerging threats.
- Ensure CTI and Threat Hunting tooling, platforms, and data sources are effectively deployed, maintained, and evaluated for effectiveness with an engineering first mindset that leverages Automation and AI/ML where applicable.
- Maintain awareness of the global threat landscape and communicate strategic risks to senior leadership, helping to shape security and business decisions.
This Is the Job For You, If You Have:
- 7+ years in progressive threat management specific individual contributor roles.
- Proven experience leading global threat management operations and/or incident response at scale.
- Deep understanding of cyber threats, TTPs (tactics, techniques, and procedures), and threat actor behaviors.
- Experience leading high-severity incident responses and participating in executive briefings.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical risk into business terms.

The salary range for this position is approximately $160,000-210,000 base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
