Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trust and Compliance, Senior Analyst to join our Trust & Compliance team. This role will play a critical part in maintaining and enhancing our Trust Center, supporting our compliance initiatives, and strengthening our risk and control environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and CJIS, and a passion for building trust with customers and stakeholders.
For compliance reasons, all personnel should be United States Citizens and have, for 3 of the past 5 years, resided in the United States OR worked for the United States overseas in a federal or military capacity OR be a dependent of a federal or military employee serving overseas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our Trust Center, ensuring up-to-date, accurate, and transparent security and compliance information is available to customers and partners.
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of compliance frameworks including, but not limited to SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CJIS.
- Assist in the development, documentation, and testing of internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Legal, Engineering, Product) to gather evidence, track remediation efforts, and support audit readiness.
- Monitor and assess risks related to compliance and trust, and recommend improvements to mitigate those risks.
- Work directly with regulators and auditors on compliance effort.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes, tools, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or information security.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CJIS, and related audit processes.
- Experience working with or managing a Trust Center platform (e.g., SafeBase, Vanta) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and internal control principles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CPA, CIA
- Familiarity with GRC tools and platforms.

The salary range for this position is approximately $100,000-130,000 base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
