About the role
This role requires a ‘hands on’, data-driven individual who can drive targeted online traffic and has knowledge of SEO best practice’s on & off page to create new sales leads and generate brand awareness, aligned to strategic business objectives. While you will support digital marketing campaigns across EMEA and APAC in partnership with our field marketing team, you will have primary responsibility for search engine optimisation when it comes to our portfolio of international websites. If you have a couple of years digital marketing experience, a passion for SEO, and you’re ready to take your career to the next level with an established yet fast-growing global organisation, this role will allow you to grow, develop, and have a significant impact on business success.
The position of SEO & Digital Content Manager will report to the Head of International Marketing, and will be a remote role based in the Philippines. You will be hired as our digital marketing expert and will be given the autonomy to lead on SEO programs, so technical know-how combined with a ‘can-do’ mindset is a must. Communication skills will be vital, as you will not only partner with marketing colleagues around the world, but you will also work closely with our client-facing teams and other departments, in addition to a number of key external agencies.
We may be a business-to-business organisation, but experience from either a B2B or B2C background will be welcome, as long as you have the right skillset and can demonstrate a passion for digital marketing.

Responsibilities
- Follows Googles latest algorithms & creates competitive SEO performance strategies to stay ahead of competition
- Responsible for generating competitive topics & copy that align with both our SEO goals & company strategies
- Produce SEO-optimised web content such as blog posts, using the CMS to update content directly
- Focus on optimising website traffic, user journeys and calls to action online.
- Liaise with our Senior SEO Manager in the US, to collaborate on projects to optimise site traffic and stay up to date on best practice
- Establish and maintain online profiles on key partner sites to support quality backlinks
- Partner with our Marketing Operations team to create and optimise website landing pages
- Report on SEO and website performance, and propose recommended actions for improvements
- Work with regional and vertical leaders to understand specific business goals and translate those objectives into targeted SEO programs
Qualifications and Skill Requirements
- Credentials: Degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Experience: 1+ year of relevant marketing experience.
- A passion for SEO and digital marketing techniques with a desire to stay up to date with the latest best practices.
- Competency with relevant SEO and reporting tools
- Familiarity with marketing tech tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce will be desirable.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven copywriting ability
- Flexible schedule, Monday to Friday
