Position Description Summary                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Summarize the main purpose or objective of this job. 
This position entails data mining, production of reports, preparation of dashboards and associated analytics for the process/ LOB’s related KRA’s. Data Analytics based on proper planning and strategies. Identify & Deliver Automation projects. Development of Microsoft Office 365 automations mainly requiring VBA, Power Query, Power Apps and Power Automate skills. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Crafting Automation process solutions according to the standard Automation design principles and conventions and in accordance with Operational needs 
  • Configuring new Automation using core automation tool that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand 
  • Communicating with Business analyst and Client on every progress 
  • Building and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phase 
  • Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases. 
  • Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process. 
  • Experience working with internal/ external stakeholders in multiple geographic regions 
​​               Job Qualifications                                                                                                                                                                             
Education:  10+2 or equivalent (minimum requirement) 
 
Experience:   4+ years of Relevant experience. 
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:   
Requirements:  
  • Advanced skills on VBA, MS Power Apps, Power Query, Power Automate and various BI tools 
  • SQL knowledge 
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills 
  • Stakeholder Engagement 
  • Willingness to Learn and Can-Do Attitude 
  • Good Communication Skills  
  • Result Oriented approach to activities/ jobs assigned 
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office
