We are seeking an QA Automation Engineer in Kraków, Poland. This is a Hybrid work position, and individual will be required to report into our Kraków, Poland Office 2 days per week.

What You'll Do:  

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence two days per week. In this position, you will play a crucial role in automating solutions to drive the next generation of background screening. You will take ownership of automating complex cases, integrating QA automation into the CI/CD pipeline, and collaborating with agile teams to develop scalable, high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will implement and maintain performance and security testing protocols, providing valuable insights from automated testing to continually improve product quality. Your work will focus on increasing efficiency and expanding automation coverage across our systems.

• Automate solutions that will drive the next generation of background screening.
• Own solutions and outcomes by automating complex cases and integrating QA automation at the CI/CD level.
• Collaborate within agile teams to develop scalable solutions.
• Implement and maintain performance and security testing protocols as part of the automation suite.
• Provide detailed reports and insights from automated testing to enhance product quality.
• Continuously evaluate and improve automation processes to increase efficiency and coverage.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of QA experience in high volume SaaS platforms.
• Minimum 3 years working as a fulltime automation engineer for a customer facing high volume SaaS platform.
• Minimum 2 years working in an Agile development environment (Scrum or Kanban preferred).
• Experience with QA Automation platforms and technologies including CI/CD level automation integration.
• Proficiency with specific automation tools like Selenium, Tosca, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing practices.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
