What You'll Do:
The I-9 Supervisor, Operations reports to the Senior Director of Implementation within the Solution Delivery & Deployment team. This role leads a team responsible for delivering and optimizing I-9 compliance services for a diverse client base. Key priorities include ensuring service quality, meeting fulfillment deadlines, and driving process improvements. The supervisor will collaborate with cross-functional departments including Sales, Customer Success, and Product to support operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and business growth. This position plays a vital role in ensuring government document compliance for employee hiring and onboarding processes.
This is a Hybrid position requiring occasional on-site presence at our Fishers, Indiana office. Individual must be based in the United States and reside within a commutable distance to Fishers, Indiana.

The salary for this position is approximately $52-$65K USD annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.

Responsibilities:
Manage all daily I-9 service fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery and quality, including but not limited to:
- Supervising the execution of client-billable I-9 services
- Tracking audit progress against forecasts, schedules, and plans
- Ensuring compliance with client contractual obligations and government requirements
- Providing regular status updates in collaboration with both internal and client stakeholders
- Overseeing internal tracking systems for audits and migration activities
- Acting as an individual contributor as needed to meet urgent demands or deadlines
- Coordinating with Finance and Billing teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and minimize revenue disruptions
- Leading team training, coaching, and performance development
- Implementing process improvements to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency
- Supporting business growth through sales pipeline forecasting and resolution of client escalations
What You May Need to be Successful:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Several years of experience in HR, with specific focus on I-9 and Visa support
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting
- Strong attention to detail, quality assurance, and compliance standards
- Proven decision-making skills and results-driven mindset
- Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Creative problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience in team supervision and employee motivation
- Ability to lead performance management and develop performance metrics
- Proficient with Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, and document editing tools
