The Enablement Specialist is a key contributor within the Revenue Operations organization, supporting the execution of enablement programs that drive field readiness, performance improvement, and strategic alignment across GTM teams. Reporting to the Enablement Manager, this role is responsible for supporting cross-functional initiatives that empower Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Field Readiness & Training Support

- Coordinate logistics for enablement sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up communications.
- Track participation and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.

Content Creation & Management

- Create and maintain enablement assets and documentation (ex: playbooks, battle cards, objection handling guides, and product cheat sheets).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content is accurate, aligned, and accessible.
- Manage content repositories and ensure materials are up-to-date and easy to navigate.

Project Coordination

- Support cross-functional enablement initiatives, including system rollouts, process changes, and strategic campaigns.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure enablement deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business goals.

Tool & Technology Enablement

- Assist in the rollout and adoption of enablement platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesNavigator).
- Provide user support and training documentation to drive engagement and usage.

Performance Insights & Reporting

- Monitor enablement KPIs such as tool usage, content engagement, and field feedback.
- Help analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve enablement impact.

Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or GTM support roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with running project and managing content libraries.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and enablement platforms.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SaaS or technology-enabled services.
- Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., SmartSheets, SharePoint, MS Office 360.
